Your plan's monthly allowance. When exceeded, you receive a warning and our team is notified for manual review. No immediate blocking.
The absolute technical ceiling — 2× your soft limit. Requests above this return HTTP 429. Protects infrastructure from abuse.

How is access granted?
All API access requires a manual approval process. Submit your application and our team will review your organization within 2–5 business days.
What is the difference between soft limit and hard cap?
The soft limit is your plan allowance. When you exceed it, our team is notified and will work with you. The hard cap is the absolute technical maximum — requests above it return HTTP 429.
How are payments processed?
All subscriptions use annual billing via manual bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, our team activates your plan within 1–2 business days.
Is the API available outside Tunisia?
No. API access is geographically restricted to Tunisia during the initial launch phase, enforced via IP geolocation and organization verification.
Can I get the read:sos scope?
The read:sos scope is only granted to verified government organizations and emergency services. Contact gov@t-code.tn for details.
Is there a sandbox environment?
Yes. All approved accounts have access to the sandbox via the Developer Portal. Sandbox responses are simulated and do not count toward your quota.
